It came quickly and my girlfriend who had to put her dog down because of cancer was so surprised and happy.  She has worn the necklace several times, the last time was this past weekend at a dog show. She says it brings her comfort. I had gotten one for myself earlier this year to commemorate all the cats and dogs I have loved.
