    Christmas Shipping Deadline

    Sunday, December 16th was the deadline for purchases for Christmas delivery. Good-Doggie.com does not guarantee holiday deliveries. Madison-metro, WI - area customers may place orders through Wednesday, December 19th for Christmas delivery. If Madison-area customers hacve delivery questions, please call us at 230-6625.

    RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

    If your Good-Doggie.com website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition with your receipt and original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or store credit minus shipping charges. Store credits are non-transferable. Please email us prior to returning merchandise.

    We will not accept returns of merchandise damaged by your dog. All items must be in new, unworn condition. Apparel must be in original packaging and unworn. All rhinestone dog collars are designed for decorative wear, and should be cared for as jewelry. Good-Doggie.com is not responsible if your pet damages a collar or loses any stones as a result of rough play while wearing our rhinestone collars. A 15% restocking fee if we have to send out a different size, PLUS postage. PLEASE read our sizing instructions on each product before making your purchase. We are glad to help you with choosing the correct sizes prior to your purchase so no exchange is needed. If you are adopting a puppy and have not measured your dog at time of order, we recommend that you order after you are able to measure your dog, or the recipient of your gifts.

    Please use UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal system with delivery confirmation for your return or exchange.

    Please note that all Bowser brand products are not returnable.

    Pet beds & pet carriers are not returnable for health reasons.

    Personalized or custom made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

    Returns and Exchanges

    You must notify us in writing in email to return or exchange your merchandise. In many cases we need advance notice to issue you a return authorization number. Must include original receipt, any warranty documentation (uncompleted), and the original packing materials, box, and/or tags.

    Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be issued a store credit for your returned merchandise. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used for website purchases. We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction.

    Please measure your pet as accurately as possible. We do not issue refunds, cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, and we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges. All exchanges for international orders will be charged an international shipping fee based on the items exchanged.

    Note: We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All Beds, carriers, personalized, custom, toys, sale, and perishable merchandise are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

    ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

    We process and ship all orders as promptly as possible. If we haven't entered your order into the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order. Please email your cancellation request or order change to customerservice@good-doggie.com. Please include your name and order number. Be Advised: Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled or changed at any time. Please be careful to proofread your order confirmation for any errors or typos.

    DELIVERY TIME

    Since most items are shipped directly from the artist or manufacturer delivery times will vary. Handmade and customized items take up to 2-3 weeks before they are shipped. Many items ship within 3 business days from when you place your order. Our inventory changes daily. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. You can then choose to wait for it to be shipped when it is available, choose an alternative, or receive a credit.

    SHIPPING

    Our shipping rates are listed in the description of each item in the web catalog. We are glad to ship to Alaska & Hawaii - please call us to place the order. Since most items are shipped directly from the artist or manufacturer, shipping costs and delivery times will vary. Handmade and customized items take up to 2-3 weeks before they are shipped; especially during the busy Holiday Season. Many items ship within 3 business days from when you place your order. Most items are shipped UPS Ground, but some of our manufacturers ship USPS, Fed-Ex Ground or DHL. We will provide you with the tracking number via email, once your order has been shipped. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

    CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    We no longer ship internationally except to existing customers. Please email us to place your order.

    ALASKA & HAWAII

    Since all shipments to Alaska & Hawaii must go via air service, there may be additional shipping charges required. Please call us at 608.230.6625 with your order. We will calculate the shipping and your order can still be paid with a credit card. Good-Doggie.com does not guarantee holiday deliveries.

    SHIPPING TO APOs

    Extra shipping fees may apply to APO orders. Please email to inquire about orders shipped to APOs. Many specialty items are shipped from the designer, and most do not ship to APOs. With advance notice, we are glad to order your items, and re-ship them to your APO. We will let you know what the extra shipping fees will be for your order.     Refuse of Receipt

    Should you refuse receipt of an item when delivered and that item was shipped, credit will be issued for the item, minus actual shipping charges.

    Phone and Fax Orders

    If you prefer to phone in your order or fax it in, please call us at (608) 230-6630. Our fax # is also our phone number, so please call ahead of your fax so we can start the fax on our end when you call.

    Tracking Your Purchase
    The tracking order sent in your email order confirmation is your Order Tracking number, not the tracking number for your shipment. If you registered for Good-Doggie Boutique with a password when you placed your order, you can login here to check the status of your order and shipment. When your order is shipped, we will issue an email notice to you. Most products are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Chromebones products and larger Lupine Pet orders are shipped UPS Ground.

    Back Ordered Items/Out of Stock
    In the event that you select a backordered item, we will contact you to alert you about the delay. You can cancel the order, should you wish. We will ship the item to you as quickly as possible, and your credit cart will not be charged until the item is shipped. We will also offer similar alternatives if you would like suggestions.

    Prices & Sales Tax
    All prices are subject to change without notice. We will collect sales tax only for residents of Wisconsin (since this is where we are based, and we must legally collect these sales taxes).

    Security
    Our store uses Prostores, PayPal and Thawte SSL for security and order processing. The page on which you enter your credit card is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the standard for secure Internet transactions. To verify security, you should be able to see a picture of a small lock in the lower right hand corner of your browser screen. This means that your information is secure and safe.
