Return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition With your receipt and original packaging within 14 days of receipt. DELIVERY TIMEMost items are shipped directly from the artist or manufacturer and delivery times will vary. Handmade and customized items take up to 2-3 weeks before they are shipped. Many items ship within 3 business days from when you place your order. Our inventory changes daily. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. You can then choose to wait for it to be shipped when it is available, choose an alternative, or receive a credit.

SHIPPING TO APOsWith advance notice we are glad to ship to your APO. We will let you know what the extra shipping fees will be for your order. Please note that once the package leaves the US, we have no control over it and we are no longer liable. If the package is lost and needs replacement the customer will need to place a new order while the original order is being traced.
